Requirements

  • 4y+ proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter, with a strong track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of technical and corporate roles.
  • A deep understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to speak credibly with engineers, data scientists, analysts and other technical professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for finding and connecting with great people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Gem or similar tooling.
  • Preference for candidates with in-house experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience solving problems in consumer lending or fintech.
  • Interest in advancing the frontiers of recruitment through new data sources, AI tooling and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically partner with our TA team and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
  • Proactively identify and engage a diverse range of top-tier candidates for our Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, GTM (Go-to-Market) and Corporate roles.
  • Build and maintain robust, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the talent market, staying on top of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights.
  • Leverage and master our tech stack, including Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, to maximize your efficiency and reach.
  • Innovate and experiment with new tools and techniques, including AI-powered sourcing tools, to find and attract the best talent.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to drive a data-driven approach to your work and continuously improve our processes.
  • Create a positive and memorable candidate experience from the very first outreach.
