About The Position
Zoox is growing its recruiting team with a technical sourcer to support teams responsible for verifying the safety of its robotaxi platform. This role will focus on AI software, systems engineering, software development, and system verification. Candidates can expect to work on a wide variety of roles in niche areas that require strong sourcing campaigns. This role will be based out of either Foster City, CA or San Diego, CA.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full cycle sourcing experience
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting/sourcing systems or software positions
- Experience working for a recruiting agency or sourcing in-house
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
- Experience recruiting for AI Software
Responsibilities
- Qualify and understand job requirements
- Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
- Build a pipeline of engineering talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities
