About The Position

As a Technical Sourcer /Recruiter , you will own our engineering hiring—partnering closely with engineering leaders to build strong pipelines and deliver top talent at scale. This is a sourcing-heavy, high-impact role critical to Sigma’s rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Proven success in sourcing-heavy engineering roles
  • Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and scheduling tools (GoodTime a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS or startup experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own stakeholder relationships with engineering leaders and translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies
  • Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-caliber engineering talent
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the sourcing funnel, from outreach through pipeline management
  • Develop creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiting and engineering teams
  • Drive employee referrals for high-priority roles
  • Manage early-stage candidate experience, interview coordination, and recruiter handoff
  • Track and improve sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion, pipeline health)
  • Maintain strong recruiting hygiene in Greenhouse ATS
