About The Position

As a Technical Solution Architect, you will work with our sales team, leadership team, technical team, and other internal stakeholders to understand the business challenges faced by our customers when needing to integrate with Aprimo, establish and define KPIs, and drive value using the Aprimo platform. You will help to advance integration maturity by providing guidance to customers and partners around common patterns, use cases, governance, and other best practices. You will work with the technology leadership and architecture teams to define how Aprimo’s platform will integrate across all the enterprise’s lines of business and products. You will own the estimating phase and support the creation of SOW and contracts. You will lead technical projects and guide a team of skilled technical and functional team members through all phases of project implementation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science
  • Advanced experience (5 to 10 years) with solutions design and delivery - you’ll have a proven track record of successful delivery on customer projects, preferably B2B enterprise implementations
  • Experience overseeing team members
  • Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and craft tailored solutions using an Integration API based approach
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills, including ability to identify suboptimal processes
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Cutting edge innovator who continually studies new technologies and functionality and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
  • Ability to be a Key innovator and problem solver, driving conversations with Enterprise Architects, CTOs/CIOs, and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for Integration design, KPI measurement, Development Process, and Application Governance
  • A broad perspective on API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends
  • Excellent written, presentation and overall communication skills
  • Ability to carry a conversation with stakeholders, prospects, Senior members within an organization
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of Aprimo’s technology and offerings and align those to an enterprise’s needs
  • Past experiences leading enterprise-wide integration initiatives, giving you an understanding of the challenges accomplishing widespread organizational change and the hindsight to address them
  • Ability to advise and mentor diverse teams using influence and adaptive communication strategies
  • Ability to evaluate current Marketing tech stack to uncover technical needs and process gaps and, based on these discoveries, make recommendations for improvement with different lines of business while making use of the Aprimo platform and supporting applications
  • Comfortable multitasking across parallel work streams, juggling different roles and priorities in each
  • A strong willingness and comfort in diving into new situations, learning about new technologies quickly, and debating different approaches and points of view

Responsibilities

  • Designing transformational technical solutions using integration methodologies and working directly with customers to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs
  • Assisting clients in consistently meeting/exceeding goals and metrics through established industry measurement criteria and best practices, and serving as a trusted advisor to the client and their partners
  • Leading and mentoring the development team on the project
  • Enforcing sound development practices and ensuring the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
  • Identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice, as well as serving as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community.
  • Working collaboratively and utilizing very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking
  • Additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
