About The Position

Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled SETA Support to support an innovative program. You will provide technical program management support for advanced research and development efforts, assisting with the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of complex technical programs. This position requires an experienced technical leader capable of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, preparing technical documentation and executive-level briefings, and providing subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare technologies. Requirements

Graduate degree in Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related technical field.
Demonstrated program and/or project management experience leading diverse technical teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing technical papers, technical reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.
Experience providing technical briefings to senior government leadership.
Technical background in Electronic Warfare (EW), particularly Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Protection (EP).
Experience with analog and digital signal processing techniques.
Experience with digital beamforming, RF lens beamforming, photonic beamforming, and signal detection technologies.
Active Secret Clearance required.
