About The Position

As an electrical engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to designing and integrating radar systems. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to enhance platform Electronic Warfare capabilities. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to transform Mission Systems requirements to improve EW performance of a variety of platforms. Our team supports the Mission Systems team in working with OEMs to improve performance and integrate advanced technologies into existing platforms. That’s why we need you, an electrical engineer, well versed in EW systems to help us design and develop future technologies within the EW discipline. On our team, you’ll work with existing teams to understand the current challenges and work with OEMs to develop and integrate those upgrades to improve the warfighters' competitive edge. You will assist in augmenting designs and algorithms to better system performance. Requirements

Experience in EW systems
Knowledge of EW systems and systems integration challenges
Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations to improve warfighter capabilities
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Nice To Haves

Experience with modern Navy SPY radar systems
Experience with the SETR process
Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting
Knowledge of EW tracking systems
Ability to analyze designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration ease
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
