The Technical Services Specialist will perform the day-to-day operations provided by the Technical Services Department to the network of Stiltz Homelift dealers. You will support internal technical training and support to team members within and without the Stiltz Homelift Team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical Support to the Dealer Network
  • Participate in on- and off-site training of Dealer Network.
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of Dealer Technical Resources.
  • Assist with Parts Accuracy Training
  • Collect appropriate facts and data necessary to report Corrective Actions to higher authorities.
  • Test and report on Return Material Authorizations.
  • Be familiar with and promote compliance with industry standards and regulations.
