About The Position

In this remote role with regional travel, based within 60 miles of one of our branches, you'll provide technical and operational expertise to branch offices so that every residential and commercial customer receives effective, high-quality service. You'll develop technician training programs, support branch teams, and conduct service and safety audits, all while ensuring each branch in your region stays compliant with federal, state, and local pest control regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Entomology or a related field
  • Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE), Board Certified Entomologist (BCE), or Registered Sanitarian (RS) credential
  • Minimum of 3 years of urban pest management experience
  • Experience serving diverse client industries, such as food manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and residential
  • Strong record of regulatory compliance, health and safety management, and quality assurance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking, and customer service skills
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies that support regional and corporate objectives, monitoring practices to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Evaluate branch service procedures and ensure service delivery, providing actionable feedback to Service, Branch, and Region Managers
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pest control regulations, including tracking and maintaining branch and personnel licensing
  • Conduct routine branch audits covering environmental stewardship, safety requirements, service procedures, and storage and disposal guidelines
  • Train Service Managers to deliver onboarding and continuing education for technicians, with appropriate tracking measures in place
  • Serve as the technical and operational resource for General, Branch, Region, and Service Managers
  • Identify local pest pressures and implement targeted treatment solutions, including approved chemical lists and treatment protocols for each branch
  • Field-test and evaluate new pest control products and technologies
  • Analyze customer satisfaction data to develop effective service action plans
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support local, regional, and national initiatives, contributing technical expertise, articles, and interviews for industry events and public outreach
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Perform other duties as assigned
