Requirements

  • Assist customers in implementing CentralSquare software solutions and interfaces.
  • Review business processes.
  • Document requirements.
  • Configure systems.
  • Conduct testing.
  • Support system rollouts.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define professional services strategies, estimates, and value propositions.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of customer value-added services.
  • Experience integrating third-party software solutions to enhance system functionality and interoperability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expertise in configuring our software solutions.
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on project tasks, deliverables, and communications with the Project Manager and clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting project deadlines and taking ownership of issues and assignments.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and personalities both internally and externally.
  • Review and quality-check the work of other consultants as needed.
  • Mentor junior team members to support skill development and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Provide assistance on escalations for small/medium projects and offer consultation on larger projects with managerial support.
  • Identify and implement new professional services tools and software to enhance productivity.
  • Proactively address and mitigate recurring issues in future implementations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
