About The Position

We are currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Remote Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the software solutions that drive our business forward, helping us to continue providing exceptional service to our diverse industrial clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Software Engineer in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Solid experience with relational and non-relational database technologies.
• A comprehensive understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software applications that support our core business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to analyse requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Participate fully in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure systems are well-understood and maintainable.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose new solutions to enhance our software portfolio.
