We are actively recruiting for a current vacancy, a hard working and conscientious full-time Technical Service Coordinator to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for scheduling and communicating service schedules with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and sales team to schedule service appointments via phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
- Provide assistance and support to technicians as required
- Consistently and effectively meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Coordinate the dispatching of technicians through service scheduling software, email and phone, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- As directed, produce metrics and reports to identify outstanding items
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service quality enhancement
- Proactively identify and address issues while exhibiting continuous professionalism
- General administrative support to sales team as required

- The expected compensation range for this position is between $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
