Technical Services Coordinator

The Tech Service Coordinator will be trained to fully utilize the Quadrel® mix management software system to prepare and submit concrete mixture certifications. The Tech Service Coordinator may interface with multiple departments and communicate mix design and material requirements for projects. The position must be able to manage concrete performance data in coordination with submittal packages. The position must have the ability to identify critical issues and ascertain when to notify managers of potentially significant issues. The position will also require a basic knowledge of concrete materials.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or 1- 3 years of equivalent experience
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
- Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit concrete mixture certifications for projects
- Technical data entry and record retention
- Manage concrete mixture performance data as required for concrete mixture certification and approval
- Establish and maintain communication channels within all company departments
- Ability to identify critical issues and notify appropriate managers
