About The Position

The Technical Service Specialist Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of specialists. This role requires a strong understanding of gearboxes and winches, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience assembling, maintaining, and repairing gearboxes and winches.
  • Customer service and/or technical field service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of technical service specialists.
  • Provide hands-on support for assembling, maintaining, and repairing gearboxes and winches.
