About The Position

Huntsman is seeking a Technical Service Representative (North East) supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Arlington, TX. This position will report to the Technical Service Director. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate. The Technical Services Representative supports the Sales organization’s mission by developing and maintaining a profitable customer base for polyurethane spray foam products. This role provides technical expertise, customer training, troubleshooting support, and field service activities that help drive chemical and parts sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Huntsman Building Solutions standards.

Requirements

• The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience applying polyurethane spray foam.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must reside in Colorado, as relocation assistance will not be provided.
• Working knowledge of equipment associated with polyurethane spray foam application.
• Strong technical proficiency in SPF application and related equipment operation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of field service experience as a Field Service Engineer or Field Service Technician.
• Technical certification or Associate's degree.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Residence near a major airport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train customers, sales representatives, and employees on the proper application of Huntsman Building Solutions polyurethane spray foam products, including specialty products.
• Provide troubleshooting and application training at customer facilities and job sites.
• Review and provide input on product specifications and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to ensure accurate customer information.
• Submit daily reports documenting customer projects, discussions, and action items.
• Develop strong customer relationships and build customer confidence.
• Inspect warranted and non-warranted projects to ensure compliance with Huntsman Building Solutions standards.
• Comply with all Huntsman Building Solutions policies and applicable governmental safety regulations.
