About The Position

Huntsman is seeking a Technical Services Representative to remotely cover the North East United States (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York, Long Island, Washington, DC, and Delaware) supporting the Polyurethanes Division. This position reports to the Technical Service Director. The role's primary objective is to assist in developing and maintaining a profitable customer base for spray foam products by leveraging the TSR Team resources to increase chemical and parts sales.

Requirements

• Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience applying polyurethane spray foam.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must live in the territory or be willing to relocate.
• Working knowledge of equipment associated with the process of SPF application.
• Strong technical ability in SPF application and operation of equipment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable and professional demeanor.
• High level of integrity.
• Strong customer service focus.

Nice To Haves

• 2 + years of field service experience as a Field Service Engineer or Field Service Technician.
• Technical Certification or Associate's Degree.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train customers, sales reps, and employees on how to apply Huntsman Building Solutions polyurethane spray foam products (including specialty products) according to specifications. Training can occur at Huntsman facilities, customer locations, or job sites, and may involve small or large groups.
• Travel to customer job sites for troubleshooting and/or training on the application of Huntsman Building Solutions polyurethane spray foam products.
• Provide input on Huntsman Building Solutions specs and TDS to ensure accurate information is available for the customer.
• Submit timely daily reports documenting customer projects, discussions, and action points.
• Develop strong customer relationships and inspire customer confidence.
• Inspect projects (warranted and non-warranted) to ensure Huntsman Building Solutions standards are followed.
• Adhere to all Huntsman Building Solutions and applicable governmental safety regulations.
