As the Technical Service Manager - Lubricants, reporting to the Director - Technical Services, you will support the sales team to grow regional margin by promoting existing products to new customers and new products to the market. You will be responsible for identifying unmet needs and translate those into R&D targets for new product development defining application performance parameters and related test methods. Additionally, you must understand the value in use and support the team to develop quantified value proposition ($/kg) compared to next best alternative.
