About The Position
The Technical Services Intern will support the Tech Team by creating approval prints for Corehog special items using SolidWorks. This role is heavily focused on print generation for a large project that requires attention to detail, organization, and proficiency within SolidWorks. This position provides in-depth, on-the-job training and coaching, offering hands-on experience within a fast-paced and growing company in the manufacturing industry.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing related field
- Hands on experience with SolidWorks
- Experience with GD&T
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and desire to make the most of your summer internship
Responsibilities
- Generate 2D prints using SolidWorks
- Apply proper dimensioning and tolerancing for tool geometry
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all prints
- Collaborate with engineering and Team Lead to clarify design
- Participate in our internal Tools Training program
- Take part in weekly workshops with our Technical Team Training Coordinator
