About The Position

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot applications
  • Self-motivated and able to contribute in a team setting

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Mac experience is preferred but not required
  • 1 year course work in information systems/sciences, computer repair
  • A+, MCP, or Network plus certification
  • An interest in helpdesk and computer technician technologies and concepts

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and routing helpdesk calls
  • Upgrade and replacement of corporate computer hardware and software
  • Basic troubleshooting of Mac and Microsoft operating systems with the inclusion of MS Office, and Adobe products.
  • Perform other related assigned duties as necessary.
