Requirements

8-10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of handling full-lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Recruiting Expertise: Dedicated experience sourcing and closing talent for complex Technology, Product, or Analytics teams.
Sourcing Mastery: Exceptional ability to map target companies, utilize advanced search techniques, and engage passive candidates through networking and digital sourcing tools.
High Adaptability: A resilient, agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Relationship-Building Skills: Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence and advise stakeholders at all leadership levels.

Nice To Haves

In-house corporate recruiting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage 10–20 active, concurrent technical searches from initial intake to final offer.
Craft competitive, equitable compensation packages and expertly navigate candidate offer negotiations to close top talent.
Maintain high data integrity and pipeline accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support data-driven recruiting decisions.
Leverage digital platforms, social media, search engines, and niche tech communities to source active and passive talent.
Actively engage with industry groups, professional associations, and networking events to build a diverse, long-term talent pipeline.
Continuously research, test, and recommend fresh sourcing channels and recruiting strategies.
Partner closely with hiring managers at all levels to align on profile requirements, share market insights, and manage expectations.
Facilitate weekly recruiting syncs, calibration sessions, and interview debriefs to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
