We are seeking a Technical Security Administrator to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. Serves as the system administrator for access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and assessment, explosives detection, metal detection systems, and associated networks. Assists in designing Isotek’s access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and assessment, explosives detection, metal detection systems, networks, hardware and software. Installs Isotek’s access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and assessment, explosives detection, metal detection systems, networks, hardware and software. Program Isotek’s access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and assessment, explosives detection, metal detection systems, networks, hardware and software. Maintains Isotek’s access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and assessment, explosives detection, metal detection systems, networks, hardware and software. Troubleshoots and repairs Isotek’s access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and assessment, explosives detection, metal detection systems, networks, hardware and software. Coordinates, plans, schedules, and directs necessary repairs and modifications to physical security systems, network, hardware and software. Coordinates with Isotek’s maintenance and engineering departments as needed for maintenance and modifications to physical security systems. Schedules performance testing of physical security systems. Serves as the primary interface with Protective Force related to security system monitoring and testing. Manages physical security system projects. Performs self-assessments on physical security-related procedures and plans to ensure compliance with DOE order requirements. Documents and tracks physical security system maintenance and testing activities. Develops and revises physical security system procedures. Maintains spare parts for physical security systems. Maintains physical security systems files Derivative Classifier and Reviewing Official. Manages the activities and performance of personnel performing work within their respective department. Prepares Work Orders, develops work schedules, plans and coordinates and manages resources to complete work. Ensures that work is completed in accordance with approved Work Order and JHE and manages Configuration Management process for design change for each Work Order. Conducts work in compliance with DOE Order 433.1B, Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities. Conducts pre-job and post-job briefings for all personnel involved in the work, to include any Lessons Learned that would be helpful in performing same or similar jobs in the future. Manages the task/project within scope, schedule, and budget, or available funding. Responds to emergency situations, alarms, or occurrences in an appropriate manner when trained to do so. Manages and completes assigned tasks and projects to achieve established goals within time and resource restrictions, providing in-process feedback on opportunities for improvement. Ensures Work Orders are closed out, including testing and administrative requirements. Ensures materials/parts are ordered to support assigned tasks. Provides input to the Plan of the Week and Plan of the Day and helps resolve conflicts. Scopes and determines path forward on maintenance and modification issues, enacts the modification, and prepares budgets. Supports the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and core functions and the Isotek Safety Culture. Performs other duties as assigned.
