Requirements
- Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales OR hands-on trade/application experience (e.g., applicator, tradesperson, or technical specialist).
- Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
- High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to operate autonomously in the field.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
Nice To Haves
- Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.
- Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
