About The Position

We are seeking expressions of interest for several roles within our Los Angeles Showroom. These roles include Client Advisor, Showroom Coordinator, Assistant Showroom Manager, and Showroom Manager. We offer full-time and part-time positions, with weekend availability being essential for most roles. Our showroom operates on an appointment-only basis, fostering a calm and client-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Host one-on-one consultations in person and online.
• Guide clients through design and customization.
• Prepare quotes and look after aftercare.
• Keep the showroom running smoothly.
• Manage bookings, orders, stock, postage and aftercare.
• Support the team with day-to-day operations.
• Lead the team alongside the Showroom Manager.
• Coach Client Advisors.
• Run the daily roster.
• Step in to lead the showroom when needed.
• Lead the showroom.
• Build and develop your team.
• Drive performance against targets.
• Set the standard for an exceptional client experience.
