About The Position
At TIGER, we're looking for a Technical Sales Representative who enjoys working directly with customers, understands the value of great service, and is motivated by finding the right solutions—not just making the next sale. As the face of TIGER across British Columbia, you'll partner with manufacturers, distributors, and applicators to help them achieve the best results with our industry-leading powder coating solutions. You'll spend your time visiting customers, identifying new opportunities, providing technical support, and building long-term relationships that make a difference.
Requirements
- Sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, coatings, chemicals, or a related technical field.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage your territory independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout British Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established customer portfolio throughout British Columbia.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Provide technical product support and recommend coating solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Technical Support, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer activity and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Travel throughout the territory to meet customers and support business growth.
