About The Position

You'll work closely with leadership, engineering, operations, and customers to support lead generation, sales initiatives, marketing activities, and long-term business growth. Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales support, business development, marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities
  • Assist with customer relationship management and follow-up
  • Coordinate quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales materials

  • Support customer visits, meetings, and business development initiatives
  • Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking
  • Coordinate digital and traditional marketing initiatives
  • Support website updates, marketing materials, and content creation
  • Assist with social media, email campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing activities
  • Monitor marketing performance and support reporting initiatives
