About The Position

We are hiring an entry-level, technically inclined associate who is interested in building a career in B2B SaaS sales and revenue operations. This role is designed for someone with 0-2 years of experience with a technical background who wants real exposure to how sales, marketing, client success, and product teams work together in a SaaS environment. You will work directly under the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager and alongside a senior team member, acting as a junior execution partner across sales operations, marketing support, client coordination, and technical workflows. This is a fully in-office role with significant mentorship and hands-on responsibility.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience (sales, revenue operations, go-to-market, technical internships, or project-based work)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering, technical, or systems-focused field
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work fully in office, five days per week

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Salesforce, CRM systems, or SaaS environments
  • Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Internship, co-op, or project experience in tech or SaaS

Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations through Salesforce cleanup, deal updates, and pipeline hygiene
  • Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and internal coordination
  • Help prepare materials, data, or context needed for sales conversations
  • Gain exposure to the full B2B SaaS sales cycle without carrying a quota
  • Assist with website updates and basic content or asset management
  • Support marketing operations tasks such as tracking requests, organizing assets, or coordinating timelines
  • Help execute campaigns or initiatives as needed, particularly where technical coordination is required
  • Work daily in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google Workspace
  • Support and test automations and workflows, including n8n flows
  • Help translate client or internal technical needs into clear requests for the development team
  • Assist with troubleshooting, QA, and validation of fixes or enhancements
  • Support client success efforts by tracking requests, following up on open items, and ensuring issues move toward resolution
  • Act as a connective layer between sales, operations, development, and client-facing teams
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Priorities and workload will be set and guided by the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to ensure clear direction and learning progression.
