Overview of the Program Lincoln Electric’s Technical Sales Co-Op Program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven sales environment. Co-Op's will support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer outreach, and sales presentations, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle. This role provides opportunities to learn about product offerings, customer relationship management, and sales strategy. Co-Op's will collaborate with each of the region’s Technical Sales Representatives and be responsible for driving two to three key sales projects as determined by the Regional Sales Manager.
