This co-op position provides developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes. Participants will be given a project description during the onboarding process, with examples including defining and documenting process parameters, supporting design efforts for product development, and quantifying and leading actions needed for scrap reduction. Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction. They will also be expected to know and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
