Sika is currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the Technical Sales Engineer position, based at their plant in Denpasar. This role involves diagnosing technical issues, explaining solutions to customers, following up on projects in the Bali-NTB-NTT Area (RMC Precast, Infrastructure, and Building Projects), and maintaining existing customer relationships while expanding the customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture
• Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry
• Fluent In English.
• Ability to explain product functionalities to clients
• Strong troubleshooting skills and provide good technical guidance
• Honest and highly motivated
• Resilient and responsible
• Communicative and team-oriented
• Will be based in Denpasar
• Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.
• Follow up and Canvassing Project in Bali-NTB-NTT Area (RMC Precast, Infrastructure and Building Projects).
• Handle and maintain the existing customer and technical support.
• Sell technical products or services and expand the customer base.
• Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.
• Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers on how a product meets client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery building relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.
