About The Position

The Technical Sales Engineer drives profitable growth by selling Kanthal technical products, services, installations, and engineered solutions to assigned customers and market segments. The role serves as a primary technical interface between customers and Kanthal’s sales, engineering, manufacturing, product management, and technical marketing teams. The engineer understands customers’ processes, specifications, performance requirements, and business challenges, then translates their needs into practical technical and commercial solutions while developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. The position involves regular travel within the assigned territory, occasional travel outside it, and work in office, customer, travel, and industrial manufacturing environments. The employee may need to respond to customer or business needs outside normal working hours. Kanthal describes itself as an inclusive company committed to reducing climate impact through smarter industrial solutions, with safety and health as priorities. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
