Requirements

Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in a technical or professional setting
Proficiency with inspection tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, scales, and fixtures
Strong ability to interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation
Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance processes and defect identification

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Client systems
Experience with SAP, EDSS, and ERP software solutions

Responsibilities

Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspections of in-process and completed products, including electronic units, assemblies, and subsystems
Identify structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds using predetermined inspection methods and measuring devices
Accept, reject, or rework defective units based on precise specifications
Review and interpret blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, and inspection instructions
Monitor and verify product quality using statistical process control procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and findings
