The Technical Sales Director role is to ensure client success from prospect through production by providing industry and product expertise enabling clients to achieve the best possible claims outcomes. This role has no direct reports and serves as the primary point of contact for workflow engineering and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product knowledge and capabilities. The role involves leading client workflow analysis for implementation, set-up/configuration, integration, and audit rules. Within 120 days, the director will document product workflows for existing Strategic Accounts Client's to be indexed into bespoke account portfolios. They will also assist in new client onboarding, provide day-to-day operational support, advocate for clients internally, and identify revenue expansion opportunities. Depending on the candidate, there may be opportunities to provide Product Management support.
