About The Position

The Sales Development Program accelerates the development of recent graduates and professionals interested in technical sales. Participants learn about Hydrite’s customers, products, markets, commercial teams, customer needs, account management, and the chemical industry. Successful completion prepares participants for placement in an Account Manager role, depending on Hydrite’s business needs and available opportunities. Relocation may be required after the program, and Hydrite provides relocation assistance.
