This role involves leveraging the sales process, identifying and responding to customer needs, generating quotes, closing orders, and developing/maintaining a network of contacts and a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales goals. The position also requires utilizing and creating innovative sales tools, ensuring customer satisfaction, proposing changes for cost reduction or operational improvement, monitoring sales trends, and continually enhancing sales skills and product knowledge. Additional responsibilities include upholding company core values, collaborating with branch personnel for excellent customer service, answering inquiries, preparing reports, developing owner sales plans, maintaining sales records in ERP, investigating customer concerns, gathering customer feedback, working as a team member, and securing service agreement renewals.
