Requirements

No CS degree required, but you must master Windows/Mac, Wi-Fi, and hardware basics.
You translate "Tech-Speak" into plain English so clients feel empowered, not confused.
You are ready to pivot from retail to professional B2B sales. You value a stable base but are driven by uncapped earnings.
You are a reliable, professional "neighbor" committed to the local business community.

Responsibilities

Meet local owners to audit current tech setups and identify security or efficiency gaps.
Collaborate with lead technicians to build IT proposals (Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber).
Convert inbound leads and engage local businesses to showcase our professional "Nerd" value.
Serve as the primary contact during setup to ensure a premium client experience.
Maintain an organized CRM (we train you!) so every potential lead is maximized.
