About The Position

At Fusion, we supply mission-critical sealing and hydraulic components to OEMs, industrial customers, and repair facilities. Our name reflects what we do, bringing everything together into one reliable solution. We're growing and looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in industrial distribution, technical sales, or engineering who enjoys solving customer challenges and building long-term relationships Your Opportunity This role is focused on managing and growing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. You'll step in with a foundation of experience and take ownership of accounts, working directly with engineers, buyers, and operations teams. Rather than starting from scratch, you'll apply what you already know while continuing to expand your technical knowledge and industry expertise. This is a great fit for someone who wants to move beyond transactional sales and become a trusted partner in solving customer application challenges.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in: Industrial distribution, Technical sales, Fluid power, sealing, or related industries OR a mechanical/industrial engineering role with customer interaction
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with engineers and operations teams
  • Ability to understand technical products and applications
  • Self-motivated with a relationship-driven mindset
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and accounts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with seals, gaskets, hydraulics, or engineered materials
  • Background working with OEM customers or manufacturing environments
  • CRM/ERP system experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts across OEM and industrial markets
  • Identify new opportunities within current accounts and develop new business
  • Work directly with customers to understand applications and recommend solutions
  • Support customers with product selection and problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information in CRM
  • Collaborate internally on sourcing, inventory, and project execution
  • Travel to customer sites for meetings, plant tours, and relationship building
