Responsibilities

  • Discovery: Meet local owners to audit current tech setups and identify security or efficiency gaps.
  • Solution Crafting: Collaborate with lead technicians to build IT proposals (Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber).
  • Driving Growth: Convert inbound leads and engage local businesses to showcase our professional "Nerd" value.
  • Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact during setup to ensure a premium client experience.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Maintain an organized CRM (we train you!) so every potential lead is maximized.
