About The Position

As a Technical Sales Analyst, you will be a part of the North American Client Group (NACG) Finance and Sales Compensation team. This role supports accurate and transparent compensable sales for internal and external sales force members. The position helps ensure accurate sales force compensation data for commission and bonus programs, utilizing advanced tools to scale and automate data aggregation, analysis, and validation. You will be comfortable working independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior staff on complex projects, analyses, and tasks. You will collaborate with business partners, conduct analyses, design dashboards, prepare reports, and communicate insights.

Requirements

  • Experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, GitHub, Databricks, and R.
  • Ability to use business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau for reporting.
  • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to optimize work processes.

Responsibilities

  • Validate, analyze, and investigate credited sales, model sales, territory sales, and firm asset data to ensure accurate territory reporting, firm payment calculations, and compensation outcomes.
  • Apply critical thinking and research skills to identify trends and underlying data discrepancies, outliers, and business drivers.
  • Integrate large data sets from multiple sources, including CPTS, CDM, Salesforce.com, and other internal systems, to improve data quality, optimize business processes, and support scalable automated analysis and reporting.
  • Build reports and interactive dashboards that translate complex data into clear insights for Sales Leadership, Sales Force Members, Sales Operations, Home Office Service Team (HOST), National Accounts, and other business partners.
  • Partner with Global Technology, Enterprise Data Office and Governance, HOST, and engineering teams to improve credited sales data, systems, processes, business rules, and data requirements.
