About The Position

The Technical Retail Associate provides daily IT ticket support, monthly remote boutique support under the IT HUB model, and assistance with IT projects. The role supports Retail Infrastructure Team activities and projects, provides hands-on and remote support for Windows-based computers and peripherals, resolves hardware and software issues, and prepares devices for replacement or new requests. It also supports retail initiatives, including refresh and expansion projects, and prepares and ships POS stations and corporate devices.

Requirements

Understand PC hardware and software installation, diagnosis, and repair.
Be able to read and analyze log files and troubleshoot software installation issues.
Have a strong understanding of Windows 11.
Have basic network troubleshooting skills.
Have basic Active Directory and Azure administration skills, including account and group creation.
Understand DHCP and DNS.
Communicate technical information clearly, verbally and in writing, with technical teams and the user community.
Have strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Cisco IOS.
Knowledge of Meraki hardware.
Understanding of Citrix.

Responsibilities

Support the Retail Infrastructure Team’s day-to-day activities and assist with new and ongoing projects.
Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows-based PCs, laptops, tablets, and assorted peripherals.
Handle support tickets for hardware and software issues and requests.
Image and configure computers for failed-device replacement and new requests.
Conduct monthly IT support calls with assigned boutiques.
Perform monthly PCI Compliance Reviews.
Manage hardware assets.
Support IT project activities, including retail refresh and expansion projects.
Prepare and ship new POS stations and corporate devices.
