About The Position
This role involves surveying low-slope roofs across Northeast Ohio to investigate leaks, assess condition, and identify repair, restoration, and replacement work on both commercial and residential roofs. The Technical Representative will complete measurements and takeoffs, carry out minor on-site repairs for added commission, and load scopes into the CRM and estimating software for the team to price and close. This is a technical role that drives sales, with a clear route into commercial sales or full estimating.
Requirements
- Commercial or low-slope roofing experience from a hands-on background (foreman, service technician, superintendent, project manager, or estimator)
- Confident getting on a ladder to access roofs, diagnose issues, and complete minor repairs on site
- Working knowledge of low-slope systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, and commercial metal
- Strong technology skills across measurements, takeoffs, CRM, and proposal software
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
