Technical Recruiting Project Manager We’re seeking a strategic and innovative Technical Recruiting Project Manager - Individual Contributor (IC) to report to the Senior Director of Technical Recruiting Strategy & Operations, with a particular focus on BizOps and technical talent. This role will support accelerating Capital One’s position as an employer of choice in an evolving talent market through influencing, transforming, and optimizing Technical Recruiting enablement functions. The ideal candidate will be invigorated by the opportunity to influence strategic horizontal decisions using a data-backed approach. They will combine data-driven decision making with experimental approaches to amplify recruiting capabilities and efficiencies, particularly with workforce planning, staffing strategy, talent and performance management. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable with ambiguity. They will have cultivated data & reporting and project management knowledge, a proven track record with influencing horizontal stakeholders through excellent communication skills, as well as demonstrated well-managed leadership skills. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and innovative approaches to help Capital One meet its ambitious hiring goals while maintaining high quality risk and compliance standards. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities while driving continuous improvement at scale.
