About The Position

This position reports to the Project Team Manager. A Project Coordinator thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment. This position requires heavy phone and email communication with customers utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify and communicate effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will work within a team environment and communicate internally with other departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, or recruiting.
  • Administrative and coordination experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Associate's Degree.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience working with high-volume processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide members with a personalized creative experience.
  • Coordinate the entire lifecycle of projects for members.
  • Ensure stellar customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Partner with Publishing teams to ensure members are enrolled in the proper service package.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver quality products in a timely manner.
  • Utilize a variety of software systems to navigate and proactively monitor customer accounts.
  • Meet all performance and quality metrics.
  • Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department to completion.
