This role leads a high-performing team of technical recruiters focused on acquiring top talent for Product and Engineering roles across the organization. You will set strategic hiring priorities, partner with senior leadership, and ensure scalable, data-driven recruitment processes that attract and retain exceptional candidates. This position requires a combination of people leadership, deep recruiting expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will drive the development of a collaborative, inclusive team culture while delivering measurable improvements in hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Requirements

  • 10+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role, preferably in-house at a product-led technology company.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to cultivate a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic hiring plans, talent pipeline development, and executive-level recruiting.
  • Experience advising senior leaders on hiring strategies, metrics, and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS systems; experience with Greenhouse or Ashby is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders to advise on talent strategies, hiring plans, and recruitment priorities for Product and Engineering roles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and director-level positions when needed, including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Implement and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to drive efficiency, fairness, and data-informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels, market research, and collaborative recruiting strategies.
  • Oversee structured interview design, candidate assessment frameworks, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Lead team-wide projects and initiatives to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
