Why this role matters We are hiring our first dedicated Technical Recruiter to build and scale engineering and technical hiring across the company. As we accelerate our product roadmap and expand nationally, this role will be instrumental in hiring the engineering, data, and product talent responsible for building our core platform that powers the family caregiving experience. You will work closely with our Head of Engineering and Head of Product to shape technical hiring strategy, define processes, and own execution end-to-end. Your work will directly impact product velocity, operational efficiency, and our ability to scale our impact.
