About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, mission-driven Technical Recruiter to join our People team. As our first recruiting hire focused on engineering hiring, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Courier’s technical teams. You will partner closely with our CTO and engineering leaders to hire the builders who shape our product, platform, and technical foundation. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from intake to close, and build repeatable hiring motions that help Courier scale thoughtfully and fast. You’ll be an advocate for candidates, a trusted partner to the CTO and hiring managers, and a champion for Courier’s culture as we grow.
