That means assembling a world-class team of engineers, product leaders, and designers who can design and scale systems that monitor billions of domains, social media accounts, apps, dark web forums, and more—while leveraging AI agents to identify and neutralize digital threats. Talent density is core to our success. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering and technical teams across NY and SF. You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership and hiring managers to build teams that can move fast, own outcomes, and ship high-impact products. This role is hands-on and high-ownership. We’re early, growing quickly, and need someone excited to do whatever it takes to hire exceptional talent. For example: Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (software engineers, ML/AI, security, product engineering, etc.) Become a power user for our AI Recruiting Tools Proactively source and engage top-tier technical talent in highly competitive markets Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate on talent, and continuously improve the hiring bar Design and iterate on interview processes that are fast, rigorous, and candidate-friendly Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, clearly communicating Doppel’s mission, culture, and technical challenges Own projects that scale and improve the recruiting process As part of our NY/SF team (in-office 3x/week), you’ll: Build and scale high-performing engineering and technical teams from early stage through rapid growth Own recruiting end-to-end—from role kickoffs and sourcing strategy to offer close and onboarding Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach exceptional, often passive, candidates Influence hiring decisions and shape team composition during a critical phase of company growth Help define and evolve Doppel’s employer brand in the NY and SF tech ecosystems
