About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end hiring processes, focusing on both long-term and immediate workforce planning needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and help scale recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking software, preferably Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to hiring strategy by providing insight and guidance to the team on scaling talent recruitment efforts to reduce time to fill for critical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the requirements of upcoming positions.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through thoughtful communication and scheduling.
  • Analyze candidate survey data to continue to improve talent acquisition strategy.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes, aligning with the needs of the business.
