Major DutiesTechnical Recruiter owns the complete lifecycle of the hiring process across our Industrial Automation divisions in the United States and Canada as needed. In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across engineering, skilled trades, and technical business units. From building sourcing strategies and partnering with hiring managers to managing interviews, offers, and onboarding, you’ll drive every stage of the recruitment process. You'll be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring we consistently hire top-quality talent that aligns with our business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, strategic mindset to talent acquisition and thrive in an environment where they can make a direct impact on hiring outcomes. Note: This is a 6 -month contract position. This is a hybrid role—while we may work remotely, we are expected to attend in-person meetings at the office as required, as well as external hiring & employer branding events.
