About The Position

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and can help us attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent across engineering, research, product, and more. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build scalable recruiting processes and deliver a world-class candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who's equally comfortable sourcing machine learning engineers as they are closing senior product designers - and who wants to play a critical role in shaping the culture and future of our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the tech or AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of various technical toolkits and engineering roles, including software development, data science, machine learning, and more.
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a track record of successfully hiring top technical talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (experience with Ashby is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the AI industry.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top engineering talent.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific technical requirements and expectations for each role.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the candidate evaluation process.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Process Management:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the company and the specific technical roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting onward.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
  • Continuously analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
