The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a technical recruiter role specializing in the geospatial, surveying, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) sectors, incorporating industry trends and hiring demands as of early 2026. DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL: Perform full life cycle recruitment from opening job requisitions through issuing offers. Utilize industry trends and/or social media to locate candidates. Source passive candidates via recruitment marketing. Collaborate on search strategy and leverage employee and manager networks to source experts in niche specialties. Promote the company’s employee referral bonus program, devising special campaigns or contests to create interest and excitement. Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and recommend improvements. Attend career fairs and possibly organize company hiring events. Ensure a smooth handoff within HR through the offer, acceptance, and onboarding phases.
