About The Position

The Recruiter will serve as a main point of contact for technical and corporate hiring managers at our Camas, WA location. This position is a full-lifecycle recruiting role, responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process - from sourcing and screening to closing top talent. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design/execute talent acquisition strategies. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a diverse set of engineering and professional support roles. Provide guidance, support, and recommendations for the resolution of complex talent acquisition activities. Ensure positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and guiding candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and empathy. Leverage recruiting analytics to establish and optimize talent acquisition strategies. Apply metrics-driven decision making to improve sourcing channels and improve candidate quality. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn for recruitment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain composure and good working relationships under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, completing work within established timeframes.
  • Effectively manage schedule and priorities with minimal daily direction to meet mid to long-term objectives.
  • Ability to use sound judgement and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Ability to establish relationships while maintaining a neutral and unbiased stance.
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential and proprietary information, setting professional boundaries as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in government contracting, defense, or tech highly preferred
